Rain!

For the first time in about four months we are listening to steady rain on the roof.

The short rainy season typically starts in late October and extends into December.  The long rainy season typically runs from March to May.

So only October 1st and here it is?  Perhaps!

We had a huge dust storm blow through Arusha today and no-one had experienced anything like it here before.  The rain followed close behind.
