Back we go again

We are off in two days to Arusha again for another 6 months.  Jenny has an assignment at the Olkokola Centre for the Physically Handicapped - where she was previously based in 2019-20.  I will not be on assignment but am looking forward to catching up with friends at ECHO to see how the various projects are going.  Otherwise I plan to do as much birding as possible and some online education courses - computer coding or biology perhaps.

We will be living in the loft apartment in the same compound as last time.  This is smaller than the house we had previously but plenty big enough for the two of us.  It's a great spot for birding up in the tree canopy.  I might try and rig up a water point at one of the windows.

It's difficult to plan too far ahead but we have hopes of exploring new parts of Tanzania (East Usamabras and Mount Kilimanjaro) and will probably have some time in Kenya in January.

Will our phone numbers still work after 17 months out of the country?  Fingers crossed!
